Founder, Rebecca Rothstein

A Los Angeles native who once traded palm trees for snowflakes and subways, Rebecca spent nearly a decade navigating the high-energy world of New York City. Along the way, she sharpened her skills at agencies both big and small, from Madison Avenue powerhouses to boutique creative shops on Venice Beach, and led brand initiatives from the inside at in-house marketing teams. Rebecca brings 20+ years of experience across agencies and brands, cementing her reputation as an innovative and strategic leader. Known for thriving in dynamic environments, Rebecca isn’t afraid to roll up her sleeves and dive into the work. She may be small in stature, but her impact is anything but- think “tiny but mighty,” collaborative, hands-on, and results-driven.

She was featured on The Boss Lady List, a celebration of standout women making waves in their industries. Most recently, in 2023, she earned the CooperSurgical All Star award and the CooperSurgical Digital Excellence Award for her impactful work on California Cryobank’s donor recruitment efforts. Along with countless marketing industry awards including, a Fierce Pharma Award, Gold SABRE Award, Shorty Award, The Pet Industry Joint Advisory Council Award- Excellence in Communication, Digiday Marketing Awards- Best B2B Branding, Gold Aster Award and a Gold Obie Award.

Outside the office, Rebecca wears many hats: proud mom to two tiny humans, three-time AYSO soccer coach to a spirited team of elementary school students, and an unapologetic University of Miami Hurricanes superfan. She’s never met a pasta she didn’t like and recently raised over $7,000 for breast cancer research, while providing volunteer support to the In Women’s Health community as their social media team lead, because she believes in showing up, both professionally and personally.

And “Why, The Shorts”, you ask? It’s a throw back to Rebecca’s days on Madison Avenue and the late night hustle. Ask for the full story, it’s a good one!
